Whenever I’m asked to define my design style, I resort back to the same answer: timeless, elegant, with just the slightest edge. And while my tastes definitely shift from a masculine sentiment to a more feminine one, depending on my mood, my client, or the time of year, the former still remains true no matter the season. Though I’m immersed in the blog and design world 24/7 (or so it feels sometimes), it isn’t all too often that I stumble upon a space that embodies my aesthetic to a T. So you can imagine my excitement when I found this beautiful dining room. It’s tailored, elegant, and timeless in every sense of the word, yet just unique enough to feel unexpected in the very best way. So, naturally, I took it upon myself to dissect every last inch of it. And while the vast majority of these pieces cost more than most of us make in a year, I thought it’d be fun to replicate the look, while taking it easy on the pocketbook. Following is how I’d get the look, using primarily pieces from Urban Barn.

Love this post. Thanks for sharing! And I hadn’t heard of Urban Barn, so the sponsorship was worth it.

Great posts do you have the colour of the walls?
I actually think it’s grasscloth wallpaper!
