This just in: designing nurseries has quickly become my absolute favourite thing to do. Being able to create a soft and serene space for a baby boy or girl to-be, knowing full-well that it’s where they’ll be forming some of their earliest memories, is a pleasure I can’t begin to describe. So when my friend Sarah hired me to do hers, despite a particularly hectic schedule, I couldn’t say yes quickly enough. You may remember where we began a few months ago (here’s a refresher, just in case), and I’m thrilled to share the full reveal today. With the sexe of baby E a surprise from the start, we began with a gender neutral nursery design, with plans to infuse more feminine or masculine elements when baby made his or her debut. Baby E has since arrived, and I’ve been told that she (squee!) is already enjoying her sweet little space immensely.
