Scenes from my Weekend

This weekend, celebration was in FULL force as we rang in Justin’s 28th year. From birthday bubbles to Susur Lee‘s 17-ingredient slaw*, brioche-ladden breakfasts to three course lunches… All of which was topped off with drinks amongst friends at Duke’s Refresher Bar**. I’d say it’s safe to say that no calorie was spared. And once again, my affinity for all-things-birthday has been reaffirmed. And for someone who claims that he doesn’t really mind whether or not we celebrate, he wasn’t complaining when I made sure it lasted a solid three days. 

How was your weekend? Any over-indulgences happening over on your side? I’m feeling a little guilty and would like some company!
