I swear, the first warm day of the year, and suddenly everyone has a little extra pep in their step. Myself included. I didn’t realize just how much I needed the sunshine until it hit my face, and now I find myself remembering; this is why I love living somewhere with seasons. The change, the shift, the fresh energy that comes with it.

Spring always makes me want to hit the reset button. There’s something about the world waking up outside that makes me want to do the same; refreshing little corners of my home, swapping out heavier layers for something softer, and just leaning into that feeling of lightness.
Nothing major, nothing drastic, just small changes that reflect the season and, honestly, my mood. A new scent in the air, a fresh pop of colour, a piece or two that makes everyday routines feel a little more special. It’s the little things that make all the difference.
