Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

These days, with free time at a minimum, my time in the kitchen has been limited at best. But, seeing as baking is one of my favourite activities, I’ve been slowly trying to get back in there whenever a moment or two allows. With that in mind, my favourite recipes as of late all have one thing in common. They have the most amount of deliciousness crammed within them, with the least amount of ingredients and effort involved. These limitations have no doubt been challenging, but the recipes that make it through are just that much more satisfying. I recently discovered this one for crispy chocolate peanut butter bars and knew after the very first bite I needed to share. It hails from Erin Ireland, and it is hands down, bar none, by far my favourite recipe I may have ever made. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
