I’ve been secretly listening to Christmas music on repeat since mid-november, and I can’t begin to tell you how exciting it is to unleash ALL of the seasonal festiveness now that it’s socially acceptable to do so. And while this week was unnecessarily stressful for a multitude of silly reasons I don’t even want to get into, taking time to sit back, relax, and sip on more than my fair share of these in front of the Christmas tree has been incredibly comforting. This weekend, my family and I are getting together for our annual cookie baking day, and I’m so looking forward to putting all work aside, and kicking back with my nearest and dearest (and fistfuls of dough).
