A few weeks ago, I ventured down the rabbit hole of a brand new project. And while it’s not huge as far as square footage is concerned, what we’re lacking in size we’re making sure to make up for tenfold in style. Introducing Project: Macdonell. Consisting of a small living room overhaul, and a mini foyer update, it won’t be long before this beauty is picture perfect. We’re already working with some great bones, which is always a bonus, so it won’t take a whole lot to really make it sing. Home to the kindest couple*, these new home owners have more or less given me free reign with their design. Working alongside the more traditional elements of the existing space, but introducing a few modern elements for a little bit of interest, our palette is in the blush, navy and gold range (drool), and following is what we’ve come up with so far.
*for real, every single one of my clients has been unreal so far (she says while furiously knocking on wood)
