Though I don’t believe in dieting, I’ve gotten into some terrible habits as of late, and I’ve decided to make a few changes. For the sake of my health (and growing waistline) I’ve decided to simply cut out fried foods, alcohol, and sweets for the month of November (#healthyfortheholidays guys!). And though I am perfectly fine with the first two, the latter is proving to be terribly difficult. I am a sweets addict, through and through, and at the risk of sounding dramatic, this has been a very long week! I made sure to shove my face with handfuls of chocolate on Halloween (it was like the last supper guys), and I’ve since relied heavily on Sloane’s heavenly chocolate truffle tea (which does have traces of cocoa, but who’s counting?). In addition, dream me keeps finding handfuls of m&m’s in her pocket. And even though dream me knows she’s not supposed to, she still shoves them into her mouth by the handful. She is such a rebel! Does this mean I have issues? It’s very likely… Anyway, here’s a peek at what I did this week when I wasn’t daydreaming/real dreaming about chocolate! Mmm… chocolate…
