Buffalo Wing Popcorn

Buffalo wing popcorn recipe

Buffalo wing popcorn. It’s a thing. A beautiful, beautiful thing. And when I created the popcorn bar for my future sister-in-law’s baby shower last weekend, I knew that said beautiful thing needed to be a major player in its construction. It’s REALLY easy to make, and instantly elevates your boring ol’ salt and butter go-to to the next highest level. It’s subtly sweet, it’s a little spicy, and it’s all sorts of delicious.

We used the Cape May Honey Farm “Honey You Are Hot” Honey, which kicked up the spiciness even more! Good balance of sweet and spicy and very easy to make!
