Scenes from my Weekend

christmas-wrapping
{we wrapped most of our gifts}

With long hours at work, a ton of social commitments and an all around jam-packed schedule lately, Justin and I vowed to not make any concrete plans leading into this weekend. What ensued was a blissful few days filled to the brim with perfection. Truly. After an impromptu double date (skating!) on Friday evening, we woke up to a massive Toronto-wide snow storm on Saturday. We bundled up and made our way over to my moms for brunch before heading out to help her pick her tree in the blustery cold. Feeling as if we had done our due diligence for the day, we then headed home where we didn’t leave the confines of our living room. Hot chocolate and Baileys was consumed en masse, Christmas movies were watched, and pure relaxation was had. Our Christmas shopping is all but done, our presents mostly wrapped and our peace of mind has been restored. Suffice to say this needs to happen more often.  How was your weekend?! I’d love to know!
