Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about where I find modern meets traditional interior design inspiration, and how much that’s shifted over the last few months. I’ve noticed myself pulling away from the constant churn of Instagram and TikTok. Instead, I’ve been lingering on Pinterest, where things feel slower, more intentional… and honestly, more inspiring. At least for now!

I’ve been reminded of what a treasure trove it really is. And it’s always fun to step back and take stock of what’s catching my eye, to notice the common threads weaving their way through.

Right now, I’m drawn to spaces that strike that balance; traditional meets modern, layered with personality. Think tailored rooms softened by whimsical details (like a sofa with the sweetest scalloped skirt), stripes used liberally and without apology, dreamy tile layouts, and trim profiles that feel both classic and just a touch unexpected.

There’s a richness to these details that feels grounding. Less about trends, more about nuance. A reminder that good design isn’t always about what’s new. Lately, this kind of modern meets traditional interior design inspiration is exactly what I keep coming back to. And I wanted to share a peek at what I’m loving most right now!
