Casual Elegance

Much like my obsession with Kate Marker Interiors, my love for Studio McGee knows no bounds. I was introduced to Shea back when I featured some of their preliminary work on Style Me Pretty years ago, and it was love at first sight. I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve used their work many times over as inspiration for my own, and this incredible project of theirs is one of my very favourites.

  2. All of the above. Agreed! That massive floral print is gorgeous!

Such a lovely space, everything is so stunning. Much to be expected though from Studio McGee.

  4. Natalie says:

Such a stunning home. All of your photos just make me feel so calm and relaxed, I’m not sure why

    Perfection! That’s all! :)

  6. Steven says:

Love the floral print – brightens up everything. The use of soothing, neutral colours on the walls is so relaxing to the eyes. Good work!

  7. Brooke says:

Kate Marker and Studio McGee are 2 of my fav’s, I am also loving Amber Interiors.
This project has such a soft and welcoming feel.

  8. Todd Smith says:

I can see from these photos why the Studio McGee collection is regarded so highly. These are fantastic pieces which excellently capture the blog’s title of ‘casual elegance’ and, as one commenter mentioned, they give the residence a relaxed feel. I think too that the golden pieces contrast brilliantly with the Scandi-style white walls and yet they’re not too domineering or ‘in your face’.
