While last week was slow and steady as I eased back into real life, I really feel as if everything has ramped up big time the last few days. The construction in both our master bedroom and our office is almost complete (thanks True Contractors!), I have 4 new exciting design projects that I’ve began digging into, and after a bit of a hiccup last week, Sage was spayed on Wednesday… I’m pretty sure she dealt with the latter news a lot better than I did – it turns out I’m a massive suck, and I can’t even imagine what I’m going to be like with actual real human babies in the future. Sorry in advance to Justin (oops). The good news is, after 24 hours of literally doing nothing but sleeping, bumping into walls, and standing there staring at us creepily, she seems to be back to her old self. Rosie was Spayed last month –I was so glad to have waited til she was one year–they are such little babies to have a major operation like that–for boy dogs no biggee!!
She’s finally herself again, thank goodness! It was no fun for a while there. Hopefully Rosie is back to her normal self too :)
Took the iPhone out of my bedroom this week too. Love the change.
It has literally changed my life. I feel way less stressed, less anxious, and significantly happier.
