Do any of you have that one friend that can literally turn anything they touch into pure gold? Whether it’s wrapping the perfect gift, assembling the most effortless outfit, or whipping up the most delicious treat in the kitchen? Well that’s my friend Gaby for me. DIY contributor to e-how, incredibly talented blogger, and baker extraordinaire, there isn’t a thing she does that isn’t wow-worthy. So when she mentioned she’d be making her chocolate tiramisu cups for our boho beach party, I knew we were all in for a treat, but even I wasn’t mentally prepared for what I was about to experience. Just trust me when I say that you’re going to want to grab her recipe below.
In a small pot over low-medium heat, begin by combining all of your dipping sauce ingredients. Once heated through, set aside and let cool.
In a small pot over medium-low heat, melt together the chocolate cream ingredients. Stir until combined, and set aside to cool
For the mascarpone mix, use an electric mixer to beat together the cream and sugar until peaks begin to form. Next, fold in the mascarpone cheese and vanilla.
To assemble, quickly dip each lady finger in your chocolate dipping mix. Place a layer of lady fingers in the bottom of your cup. Next, add a layer of the mascarpone mix, and then a layer of the chocolate cream.
Repeat until glass is full. Finish it off with some grated dark chocolate
Repeat with remaining glasses and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.
