Though I’m not a terribly picky eater, when it comes to appetizers I’m admittedly a bit of a snob. There are always two things that need to be considered in order for them to make their way into my official keep pile: ease and, obviously, taste. Funnily enough, this isn’t always an easy feat. But lucky for me this recipe for pear honey and thyme crostinis have both in spades. I whipped them up for my post-holiday dinner party and I’m happy to announce that they were more than a hit.
