In all honesty, this week has been complete madness! We’re heading up to the cottage this afternoon and I seriously couldn’t be more excited. As of this moment, I don’t really know which way is up and which way is down, and a few days of R&R is the perfect solution! Last weekend, I managed to cross a few restaurants off of my must-try-list and I’m excited to announce that they did not disappoint! The first was Playa Cabana, the Hacienda location, and though I still think the fish tacos at Grand Electric are 1% better, they most definitely hit the spot. In contrast to our down and dirty Mexican date on Friday, my lady friends and I checked out Dandylion and oh dear god you need to go! So fresh. So local. So, so, good! Apart from finally crossing a few of those off my list, I also worked until the wee hours most every day, AND we took the plunge after searching for flights for weeks now and booked our trip to Thailand! We leave at the end of February and I already know that it’s going to be glorious. For those of you who’ve been, please send me tips! Mostly: where to eat and what we simply can’t miss.
