Monday Musings

Monday Musings | lark & linen

I’m excited for today’s Monday Musings vertical as, in addition to a list of links I’ve been loving lately, I have something particularly fun to share. As many of you know, I’ve been on a bit of a wellness and personal development kick the last year or so and have seen incredible changes with regards to my mental health. From meditation, to my diet, to yoga and the like, I’ve been making small yet impactful changes left right and centre and have found myself endlessly inspired by so many thought leaders and wonderful guides. Needless to say, I’ve been absorbing content in the wellness realm like it’s my full time job. So I’m pretty pumped to share this “Health & Wellness” bundle, which consists of a series of incredible courses and programs taught by some of the best in the business. It’s legitimately $5,000 worth of classes (if you were to buy each individually) that can be purchased all at once (for this week only) for $99. It’s insane and I simply had to share.

In light of full discretion, I do want to share that this is an affiliate link, which means I’ll receive a small commission any time someone purchases a package. However, I’ve been privy to early access to a good chunk of the classes and tools (which I paid for out of pocket myself), and fully and wholeheartedly stand behind them. I also hope you know by now that I would never try to sell you on anything that I don’t vouch for with my whole being. If you do struggle in any capacity with health and wellness, or want to simply feel better in body, mind, and/or spirit, I truly encourage you to check it out (it will never again be offered at this rate after this week. Seriously – if you were to buy even one of the courses individually you’d spend more than $99).

Okay, now that’s out of the way! Here are a few other links I’m loving…

:: Canadian friends, this is really helpful
:: 50 ways to spend your mental health day
:: Tips on choosing the perfect paint colour
:: Not so secretly obsessed with this cute top
:: Five things I learned about conflict resolution
:: This podcast on living in “a beautiful state” was so powerful
:: Tickled to see one of my “cloffice” designs amongst these pretties
:: My current favourite source for vintage rugs (it’s where we grabbed this beauty!)
