Though I’ll never deny my city girl ways, there’s just something about country air that simply can’t be beat. On Friday evening, Justin and I packed our bags and headed east to join my family at the cottage for the first official country long-weekend of the “summer”. Though the weather didn’t exactly co-operate (it looks significantly warmer in these photos than it was, I promise), we still pretended it was warm all the same. Ice cream was ingested, patio cocktails were enjoyed, and we even managed to squeeze in not one, but two campfires (s’mores and all).
