While I find that I generally shy away from wide open almost minimalistic spaces, every once in awhile I stumble upon one that makes me rethink my hoarding ways*. This outrageously stunning Barcelona apartment is no exception. I adore the idea of showcasing just a handful of unique objects over piling them sky-high (thus risking that special piece getting lost amongst the masses). In this particular space, the combination of high ceilings, ornate mouldings, classic antiques paired with unexpected modern pieces is absolutely stunning. It’s a combination that I don’t think I’ll ever tire of.
*clarification: my hoarding ways are under control but I do have trouble passing up any white pottery or kitchen accessory. I’ll let you know when we need to alert TLC.
