One of the most frequently asked questions that comes my way is most definitely “what’s the best white paint colour?” And I mean, I totally get it. White paint may very well be the hardest of the bunch to choose from – with so many options, each varying wildly from paint swatch to application, selecting the right one can be intimidating at best. But not to fear. With over a decade of white paint selection under my belt, if you find yourself second guessing your choice, you’ve come to the right place. Following are a few of my very favourite tried and true white paint colours – the ones I turn to again and again and I’m happy to report, not one of them have yet to lead me astray.
A designer favourite for a reason. Its warm and creamy undertones
feel cozy and inviting, while still reading *white*
With just the slightest pink undertone, this shade makes just about anyone glow.
It’s great for bathrooms for this very reason
If you’re looking for more of a neutral white, Alabaster is your gal.
With slight beige undertones, she’s soft, pretty and has just the slightest depth, in the very best way.
Arguably my go-to white. With bluer undertones, Oxford White is crisp and clean and truly looks *white*
in every single application I’ve used him in to date
Similarly, Chantilly Lace is in heavy use around here (almost always on all trim, doors, and ceilings)

Slightly warmer than Oxford & Chantilly, Simply White is most definitely
a mainstay in most designer arsenals

I’ve used Calm a billion times over, and while it looks quite tan on a paint swatch, it
reads as creamy greige-white on walls and cabinetry

Similarly, White Flour has slightly yellow undertones, which makes it a creamy
and delicious yet still infinitely neutral option
With just the slightest hint of grey, wevet feels totally timeless and absolutely beautiful
