If there’s one thing I’m constantly searching for, it’s timeless layered interiors. The kind that feel effortlessly collected rather than decorated. And this project by Phoebe Nicol is exactly that. A masterclass in timeless layered interiors, it’s the kind of home that makes you pause (and mayyyybe zoom in… repeatedly).
What I love most is how the spaces feel both elevated and entirely liveable. There’s a quiet confidence here. Nothing is shouting for attention, yet every detail feels deeply intentional. That balance of old and new is done so beautifully, weaving antiques and bespoke elements into a softer, more contemporary envelope.
The palette leans into warm neutrals, but there’s depth, texture, and that subtle play of materials that keeps things interesting. It’s refined, yes, but never precious. You can imagine real life unfolding here, which (imho) is always the ultimate goal. Take it all in below!
