In the past, I’ve pulled together gift guides that felt more like wishlists—fun and dreamy, but not always the most practical. This year, I’m taking a different approach. I want to share items that I’ve tried, loved, and truly stand behind. Practical gift ideas that make life easier and breezier, day in and day out.
Take, for example, a beautiful jar of fancy sea salt paired with a sweet little salt house—it’s a small luxury but one I reach for daily in my own kitchen. Or a mandoline that makes prepping fennel or cabbage a total breeze (the perfect taco night is within reach). Most people I know are in dire need of an updated blowdryer (myself included, mine is easily 15 years old, eep). A digital thermometer has been another game-changer for perfectly cooked meals, while new kitchen shears make snipping herbs quick and effortless. And at the risk of sounding dramatic, a handheld dustbuster has completely transformed my life post-kids (obesessed with mine).
These are the kinds of thoughtful, practical gifts I’m excited to share this year. No fluff, just things that work hard and bring a little more ease to everyday life <3
