Even as a designer, if I had $16 million to spend, it likely wouldn’t be on a house. But if it WERE on a house, it’d be along the lines of Calvin Klein’s beach house. Located in Miami, it’s simple decor is understated, yet incredibly tasteful. And what it lacks in clutter, it makes up tenfold in quality and style. It’s light and breezy, with just the right amount of texture, and the epitome of beachy chic.
