First of all, I’m not sure what happened over the weekend, but hello new followers! I have a feeling that most of you have come from this post on Sofia’s Journal. Man that girl is so awesome, wouldn’t you agree?? Anyways, I like you all, so please stay awhile.
And now my weekend:
Mother nature must have listened to my pleas as the past few days could not have been more perfect. As mentioned on Friday, my extended family and I (and by extended family I mean there were 18 of us) headed up to the cottage to get it summer ready and take advantage of the long weekend. With temperatures soaring upwards of tank top weather (which is better than t-shirt weather but not quite adequate enough for bikini-times), we spent the majority of the weekend outdoors. Between blowing bubbles on the lawn (that were purchased for my little cousin, but lets face it, more enjoyed by us), hanging out on the dock and spending the larger portion of the evenings in front of a roaring bonfire, I can confidently say that this weekend was conquered.
